Association of Governments

These agencies, with the exception of Mountainlands, provide assistance to qualified, existing homeowners through the single family reconstruction and rehabilitation program and the weatherization assistance program. Wasatch, Summit, and Utah Counties are served by the Utah County Housing Authority. Limited funding is available through some of these agencies for down payment assistance.
